Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vellaro, we work to process and prepare orders as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations
All sales are final, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Returns
Due to the size and nature of our furniture products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Delays
Shipping delays caused by carriers do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
